Q. What is your turn around time or when will my order ship?
A. 8 Track Threads has a turnaround of 5-6 weeks (and is subject to change at any time) from purchase date. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships. If you happen to email us about our turnaround policy, you can always check your order date on your confirmation first as we do not normally respond to questions of “When will my order ship?”. Please understand that the more time we spend answering emails regarding shipping status, the more time it takes away from sewing your orders.
Q. I need my order sooner, how do I rush it?
A. If you need your order sooner than 5-6 weeks from the date of order, our RUSH option may be the best option for you. Please note the turn around means that your order will ship between 2-5 days after you purchase the RUSH option. Purchasing rush, does not include expedited postal service. Your order will still be sent via USPS First Class Mail.
Q. I received tracking information but my order still shows that only a shipping label was created?
A. Shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details. We ship via USPS First Class Mail which packages are estimated to arrive to you around 2-5 business days (Domestic). ***Once shipped, 8 Track Threads is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. No exceptions. If any issues arise, please contact USPS at 800-275-8777 to speak to an agent for further information.
Q. I want to cancel my order, make an exchange or get a refund?
A. Please review our TERMS & CONDITIONS and note that due to the nature of handmade, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. However, if you received an item that you did not order or your item arrived to you damaged, please note that we will be in touch to discuss this with you.
Q. I left customization notes in my order, and I do not see them on my order confirmation page.
A. Order notes do not show on the order confirmation page, but we do see them in our back admin order screen. We will be in contact with you if we have any questions about the notes you left.
Q. Do you offer wholesale?
A. I'm sorry, but not at this time. We are extremely busy with our website orders that we cannot fulfill large wholesale orders.
